Youth program 7 to 15 years old
Finally, we can unveil the big news! In the spring of 2021, we will launch the Les Petits Kraveurs youth program. This program was designed to get your kids moving in a safe environment while learning the basics of self-defense. This program designed for young people between 7 and 15 years old brings together the basic physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of martial arts.
Everything will take place by age group to ensure optimal progress for the student. The program is divided by level with belts. Each level teaches the principles fundamentals of self-defense.

IVAC program
